The I-neb AAD nebuliser
“The I-neb Adaptive Aerosol Delivery (AAD) System has been designed to continuously adapt to changes in the patient’s breathing pattern, and to pulse aerosol only during the inspiratory part of the breathing cycle.

This eliminates waste of aerosol during exhalation, and creates a foundation for precise aerosol (dose) delivery.”1
1) Promixin 1 million International Units (IU) Powder for Nebuliser Solution, Summary of Product Characteristics, 23rd September 2020
How does does aerosol delivery compare to a constant flow nebuliser like the E-Flow?
Delivery of colistimethate sodium was tested using using a breath simulator at different inhalation : exhalation (I:E) ratios, which can vary depending on disease severity.
How does the I-neb adapt to patients breathing?
The I-neb AAD nebuliser won’t allow patients to simply turn it on and walk away.
Watch the below video to see how the I-neb Target Inhalation Mode (TIM) mode works to deliver superior lung deposition compared with unguided breathing technique.

Watch the video tutorial where Stephen Haydon will guide you through the process
Step 2: Uploading data and using the platform
Selecting graphs and analysing data
Once you have the data file you've exported from the I-neb using the Insight software, you can upload this to i-adhere for analysis.
